Whole New World
By Tim sullivan

I don’t like to feature just one company’s products on these pages. I normally show a few offerings of similar products to keep everyone competitive. But Uncle Milton, a toy company from California, has such cool products that I have to feature a bunch of them. And, since they aren’t supporting the magazine financially, I think I am in the clear. No matter what you have as a pet, Uncle Milton seems to have a habitat for it. Check out these offerings:

Surf Frogs terrarium habitat

Surf Frogs

The Surf Frogs terrarium habitat comes with everything: A water tray, two “Surf School” trays (where tadpoles grow), food pellets for tadpoles…even the tadpoles themselves! It also has a breaking wave, a beach with an umbrella, palm tree, towel, and a surf shop called Croaky’s "…where the cool frogs hang out.”

Critter City

Critter City

Critter City is just what it sounds like: a model city for whatever bugs your little one happens to find. The city has a mountain with a hiking trail on it, a skyscraper, of  lake, and a suburb with a working street light. All this is enclosed within three connected domes.

Undersea Encounter

Undersea Encounter

Undersea Encounter is a 1.5 gallon fish tank with a few bonus features. The most obvious one is the “underwater viewing scope,” which allows you a fish-eye view of what’s going on. An underwater feeding mechanism is included inside the aquarium, to attract fish to the scope.

Hydro Greenhouse

Hydro Greenhouse

Is your kid interested in growing plants and hydroponics? Yes? If your kid is a teenager, be concerned. If not, encourage them! The Hydro Greenhouse uses liquid nutrients instead of soil, thus making it perfect for the indoor growing. It automatically feeds and waters your plants as they grow, making it perfect for forgetful people like me.
