What Is It?
Red. Radio controlled. And very cool. These full function Fly Wheels go forwards, backwards, 360 degrees, with a radio control that sends them skittering around like waterbugs on steroids. With varying-sized wheels (from High Performance to All Terrain), these things rock.
What We Thought
Okay, let’s be honest, you shouldn’t torture dogs. But me and The Boy (with six years under his belt of high spirited mischief) couldn’t resist hounding our hound with this R/C Fly Wheel. It’s just two wheels and a motor and has the ability to spin and change directions on a dime — enough for us to be able to have pursued the mutt over, under, sideways, down, and finally under the bed … where we went in for the coup de grace. I heard tell the babysitter got a good workout later that night, too.
Why They’ll Want It
This thing is so easy to control, so responsive and because it’s only two-wheeled, really pretty impossible to stall, that anyone with a need for speed will love it. And it keeps the dog from getting fat and complacent. Now if we can just find a cat ….
