In 1990, Good Morning America, Newsweek, The Washington Post, and hundreds of other TV shows, magazines, and newspapers called the Zube Tube™ the "Toy of the 90’s" and likened it to the Hula-Hoop of the late 50’s. The Zube Tube was even chosen by Parents Magazine as one of the Best Toys in 1990 (November, 1990). As with the Hula-Hoop, the Zube Tube is very simple in concept, yet everyone who sees one wants to try it. It has an appeal that seems to reach all ages.

Bob Deissler, a physicist from Cleveland, Ohio, and inventor of the Zube Tube, decided to re-launch the Zube Tube with his own company, The Ultimate Cosmic Toy Company, Inc. This is good news for fans of the Zube Tube as well as for those who have yet to experience the Zube Tube, particularly all the young children out there.
