SpotlightBaby is a socially conscious company that helps women improve their quality of life by supporting organizations that help fight human trafficking in Southeast Asia. They partner with and financially support organizations that provide women with training and alternative means to support their families and have a better quality of life.

SpotlightBaby is run by Judy Kang and her business partner Sally Park. The two women have been committed to running a successful business together that is making profound impact on the world since they met in 2002.
