Superman Exercise Flash Cards is an ever-changing 50-card exercise game for kids.  Each flash card contains illustrations and instructions describing 50 different exercises. This deck includes multiple action-oriented wild cards that are based on "Superman" and include such characters and attributes as Lex Luthor, Lois Lane, X-Ray Vision, Kryptonite and Faster than a Speeding Bullet. An accompanying booklet lists over 70 different games to play using the cards. Each card depicts a boy or a girl performing a different exercise.  Cards are color-coded by muscle group and offer three different levels of repetitions for the beginner, intermediate and advanced exerciser.
