This hardcover children’s book of poetry and artwork is written by Robert W. Kurkela from the perspective of his two daughters, Rachel and Cassidy, and features drawings by Cassidy. The collection of poems is a tribute to the author’s mother.

The book displays a humanistic theme and lends itself to sensitivity, unlike “typical run-of-the-mill children's books,” he said.
