Top-10 Most-Wanted Novelty Toys

This eclectic mix of best-selling novelty toys includes a wide variety of products, but according to the retailers TDmonthly surveyed, Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty and the ever-trendy Rainbow Loom are the two products at the top.
