Sales Reborn With Doll-Making Kits
Stores and Collectors Bring Life to Dolls
Some “reborn” artists will spend more than 40 hours making a doll — an art that’s exciting doll collectors and opening up new opportunities for retail stores. Lee Middleton, Secrist and Doll Doings Co-op all manufacture doll-making kits, and Dolls by Berenguer even makes a special newborn doll.
“The artist has nothing to do but start creating,” Pat Secrist told TDmonthly of the process. See how doll-making can be fun, simple and profitable in the February 2007 issue of TDmonthly Magazine.
