Charlie is the toughest Boogily Bunny of them all. He doesn't have any friends, nor does he ever want any. He'd rather lift weights, build custom bikes and get into bare knuckle boxing battles, then hang out with buddies. Charlie has lots of money because he was left a fortune when his father died.
