09 MiniGlider provides young children, eighteen months to seven years old, a safe and fun way to both enjoy bicycling and learn how to balance. Based off the original PV Glider, this MiniGlider is a smaller version of the original, but with the same features and in a blue paint.  With adjustable seating and handle bars, this leg-propelled bike helps young children learn how to balance a bicycle.
