Kids capture the bad guy, throw him into the police wagon and then send him up the elevator to jail. However, the bad guy can escape through the floor or gate, setting off another wild chase. Additionally, inserting the Keyheads into the key slots on the vehicles will set off exciting action and electronic sounds. All Keyhead characters are interchangeable.
