Toy Recalls November 2023


Please be aware of the following children's related product recalls:

  • PandaEar Stainless Steel Children's Cups

    **Hazard:** High level of lead in the solder bead on the bottom of the cup.

    **Recall Details:**

    • PandaEar is recalling about 2,400 stainless steel children's cups sold in the United States and Canada between April 2022 and October 2023.
    • The cups are sold in a variety of colors and designs, including unicorn, dinosaur, and mermaid.
    • The high level of lead in the solder bead can pose a serious health risk to young children if ingested.
    • Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cups and contact PandaEar for a full refund.
    • Consumers can also contact the CPSC at 800-638-2725 or online at https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls to report a hazard or injury related to the recalled cups.
  • Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway Troublesome Truck & Crates and Troublesome Truck & Paint

    **Hazard:** Choking hazard: The small wooden cubes that come with the toys can detach and pose a choking hazard to young children.

    **Recall Details:**

    • Mattel is recalling about 11,000 Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway Troublesome Truck & Crates and Troublesome Truck & Paint toys sold in the United States and Canada between March 2022 and October 2023.
    • The toys are sold in a variety of colors and designs, including red and green.
    • The small wooden cubes can detach from the toys and pose a choking hazard to young children who may put them in their mouths.
    • Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and contact Mattel for a free replacement toy.

  • The FORT Recalls Children's Play Tents

    **Hazard:** Choking and laceration hazard: The metal poles that support the tents can break, exposing sharp edges that can cut children.

    **Recall Details:**

    • The FORT is recalling about 6,000 children's play tents sold in the United States between July 2022 and October 2023.
    • The tents are sold in a variety of colors and designs, including blue, green, and pink.

    • Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tents and contact The FORT for a free repair kit.

  • Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia Toy Mushroom Peg Sorters

    **Hazard:** Choking hazard: The small wooden pegs that come with the toys can detach and pose a choking hazard to young children.

    **Recall Details:**

    • Target is recalling about 68,000 Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia Toy Mushroom Peg Sorters sold in the United States between August 2022




  • Caduzi Activity Desk

    **Hazard:** Choking hazard: The small wooden beads that come with the toys can detach and pose a choking hazard to young children.

    **Recall Details:**

    • Caduzi is recalling about 4,000 activity desks sold in the United States between September 2022 and October 2023.
    • The desks are sold in a variety of colors, including natural wood, brown, and blue.
    • Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled desks and contact Caduzi for a full refund.

    • The bibs are sold in a variety of colors and designs, including pink, blue, and green.
