The scorecard allows you to sketch out your course layout. Remember to incorporate dog legs, elevation changes and hazards into your design. Examples of hazards are: driveways, sidewalks, flower beds, sand boxes and patio areas. Then determine par based on the distance from the tee to the flag. You may even want to measure and record the distance in feet or yards on the scorecard for those “serious” golfers. You can also name your course and holes to add that finishing touch!
