The Knee-Rider comes with a removable cushion. When the cushion is installed, the child can sit on the pony when it is not on a person's knee.

To install the cushion, open the Velcro strap and slide the cushion into the body cavity, Secure the Velcro straps around the cushion.

To use the pony as a Knee-Rider, remove the cushion, place the pony over the leg, and secure the Velcro straps around the leg.
