Rich Frog Industries was established in 1994 by Sarah and Maarten van Ryckevorsel. They met at the New York Toy Fair, so it only seems appropriate that they would eventually start their own toy company. At first, Rich Frog occupied every nook and cranny of their house in Burlington, Vermont, but as the company grew, it became apparent we needed more space. So in 1996, Rich Frog moved to the historic Chace Mill on the banks of the Winooski River in Burlington. The 19th century former textile mill has been our home ever since. Today, Rich Frog offers a large variety of gifts for infants to adults, sold all over the world (and loved by those who own them).

Rich Frog takes children’s safety (and enjoyment!) very seriously and only works with manufacturers who share our vision and ethics. All of our products have been tested and are free of lead, phthalates and other toxins, and, just as important, bound to make someone smile.
