A: ToyDirectory is an online directory of toy and hobby manufacturers and wholesalers. We do not sell products, but we list manufacturers who do sell toy related products on our website. If you are looking for a specific type of

Catalog Requests

Q: I filled out your catalog request form. How long until I receive catalogs from manufacturers?
A: It takes us approximately 8-10 weeks to
process your information. Once your information is processed by our main office, we make your request available to participating toy manufacturers. Delays arise from manufacturers putting off sending their catalogs due to seasonal factors, or low manufacturer participation.
Should you like any specific catalogs immediately, please contact the manufacturer directly using the contact information provided on our web site, and ask them to mail you their catalog.
- Q: My state or country does not issue business licenses or tax certificates. Your website says I need to fax these documents to you. Can I still receive catalogs and information through your catalog request form?
A: If you live in an area that does not issue these documents you will still be able to receive catalogs and information from our manufacturers. We are aware that these documents are not issued everywhere and will accept requests from certain locations without additional documents.
