Since 1981 Turner dolls has always been noted for fine porcelain dolls and in later years added quality vinyl dolls to the line. All manufactured with our own vinyl equipment. Virginia Turner is the artist for all of the dolls and their clothing. The dolls are designed and created at Virginia's studios in Heltonville, Indiana, USA.
