Shape Play

With this assemble-and-paste picture kit, children can create whimsical scenes from easy punch-out paper shape sheets. Shape Play includes materials for three large pictures, a glue stick, and a follow-along assembly guide. Scenes include various overlapping shapes that foster spatial planning and reasoning skills. Three kits are available: Circles, Ovals and Triangles. “Shape play kits are uniquely designed to be developmentally appropriate for very young children. Shapes and backgrounds are generous in size for easy handling and maximum appeal,” Designer Meera Gill of Play Odyssey told TDmonthly. Launch date: September 2007.
