Captain Cutlass Pirate Toy Guns Recalled by Dillon Importing Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard. September 28, 2012 — The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product: About 6,970 Captain Cutlass Toy Pirate Pistols from Dillon Importing Co., sold at Halloween and specialty stores nationwide from April 2008 through May 2012 for about $6.50. Consumers should immediately take the recalled pistol toys away from children and contact Dillon Importing for instructions on returning the product for a full refund.

Death of Child Prompts Recall of Window Blinds by Blind Xpress.
