Bugs and (Fake) Boogers Are Way Cool


Tweenettes may dress in pink and wear rhinestones, but that doesn’t mean they don’t wanna get down and dirty with creepy crawlies. Insects, snot-green slime and electronics kits have all made it to the list of tween girls' gotta-haves, retailers told TDmonthly. Sheri Stein, director of marketing for B-Bel Inc., pointed out that girls even love their Wild Ones Adventure Crew action figures “though our primary target is boys.” Find out more about tweenettes' shifting tastes in the next issue of TDmonthly Magazine.
