Tier 2:	$1100 - $2299 Standard Prices less 3% OTD – 50/50 Freight Net 45
Tier 3:	$2300 - $3499 Standard Prices less 4% OTD – FFA Net 60
Tier 4:	$3500 & up Standard Prices less 5% OTD – FFA Net 90
