BUILDING BLOCK ENTERTAINMENT

Building Block Entertainment was founded in the early 1990s by Mark Beckwith after he wrote and recorded nearly a hundred songs and stories for the internationally successful Jump-Start computer series by Knowledge Adventure. Mark soon attracted other talented children’s performers to his company. Building Block Entertainment and Shows That Teach (the live performance sister company) grew to become a zany group of talented musicians and comedians who create songs, live shows and video content for kids and families.

• Rockology (audio song CD) artist: Razzle Bam Boom – fun, upbeat songs about the history of Rock music. Ideal for children ages 5 and up.
• The Word Wits (DVD) – funny short vignettes which demonstrate the meanings of words. Ideal for children ages 2-8 years old.
