Buffalo Games' puzzles are cut using the thickest quality puzzle board, premium linen papers, sturdy four-color setup boxes, and protective shrink-wrap. As part of an on-going commitment to recycling, soy-based inks and recycled paperboard are used for both the puzzle and packaging.
Buffalo Games has a full manufacturing facility and boasts one of the world’s largest puzzle presses at a 1500 ton cutting capacity. With three state of the art presses, Buffalo currently has an annual production capacity of 10 million jigsaw puzzles. Since all levels of production are controlled in-house, “backorder” is a term only vaguely familiar to Buffalo Games; when they start to run low on something, they just make more!
