Small Not Stupid Records is a small company dedicated to releasing music for
children that parents enjoy as well. Owned by a music educator, the company
recognizes the fact that children often enjoy music created for adults as much
as they enjoy music created for them. Small Not Stupid Records focuses on music
that is not "kiddie" in nature, but music that is accessible to all
ages. The music is organic and acoustic without any of the computer generated
sounds one often hears on children's albums.
The first release of Small Not Stupid records is the album, "A Mother's
Voice" by Diane Rose. This album has a campfire feel to it with a simple
voice/guitar arrangement. "A Mother's Voice" is full of timeless,
poignant music and lyrics for children. This is a superb album to have on while
sharing special time with children. Don't let its simplicity fool you... children
love this music! A second album entitled "Green Shoes" by Momz the
Word is expected to be released in early 2006.
Because we are a small, family business, there is no minimum order for this
company. We are happy to ship as many CD's as you need wherever and whenever
you need it. The cost of shipping will simply be added to your order depending
on the method of shipment you choose. We currently do not take credit cards

tower.com, and cdbaby.com if you want small quantities.
